Rich joined CREG in November of 2008, and has 30 years of Landlord and Tenant representation experience with First Western Development, Dunton Commercial Real Estate, and Staubach Retail Services.
Rich has leased and sold a wide variety of retail product, including power centers, grocery-anchored centers, community strip centers, freestanding buildings, pad sites, and ground-up development. In working with tenants, Rich has represented national, regional, and local tenants with size requirements ranging from 1,000 square feet on up to 30,000 square feet.
Currently, Rich’s notable client list for Landlord and Tenant representation includes: AFC Property Management, Quiat Companies, Kimco Realty, Trader Joe’s, Credit Union of Colorado, Goldfish Swim Schools, 5.11 Tactical, and Pet Supplies Plus / Wag n’ Wash.
Since joining CREG, Rich continues to work with both Landlords and Tenants. He enjoys the different set of challenges each deal and assignment brings, and gains personal satisfaction from meeting the goals and expectations of his clients. Rich holds a degree in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Colorado and is affiliated with the International Council of Shopping Centers.
