Scott started with Crosbie Real Estate Group, LLC (CREG) in 2005. Prior to working with CREG, Scott was with Goldberg Property Associates, Inc. (GPA). He leased all facets of several power center projects, both new and existing, in and around the Denver Metro area. With Scott’s help, GPA developed and leased over two million square feet of retail space in a four year period.
Throughout Scott’s 25-year career in retail real estate, one thing has remained the same, Scott’s commitment to his clients. His diverse and creative deal-making skills have helped him earn long-standing relationships with leading retailers, developers, and landlords like Wells Fargo Bank, Kroger, AT&T, Regis Corp., 7-Eleven, Yum Brands, Evergreen Development, Alberta Development, Barclay Group, Coors Foundation, Kentro Development, Wendy’s and others.
Scott’s career has been focused on representing these marquee retailers in finding new opportunities, as well as disposition of their outdated retail space. Scott also works closely with landlords and developers to help them discover new opportunities and solidify existing shopping centers. On an everyday basis, Scott works with fellow Partner Rhonda Coy, where their collaborate team approach creates a unique synergy and competitive advantage they pass down to their clients.
