Rich believes in creativity, hard work and putting his clients’ interests ahead of his own. With over 30 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, including brokerage, development and property management, he brings a lot of perspective to the table no matter the assignment.
Rich moved to Denver in 1998 and joined Crosbie Real Estate Group in 2004. He has had the pleasure of working with numerous Landlords, Developers and Retailers throughout Colorado and Wyoming. Rich’s depth of knowledge is diverse – he has been involved in urban and suburban projects ranging from 1,000 SF to 400,000 SF, including new developments and bank owned assignments. Some highlights of his career include: assisting Wal-Mart and King Soopers in their site selection process, assembling a King Soopers Anchored Shopping Center development with 70,000 SF of ancillary retail and office space in Conifer, CO, assisting the developer with the creation of a Metro District to help pay for the infrastructure; a 20 year relationship with Bromley Companies, a master planned community developer transforming Brighton into one of the fastest growing communities in Colorado; being the lead leasing agent for a portfolio of over 800,000 SF of space (several times); assisting numerous developers and owners in working through the myriad of steps involved in planning, developing and redeveloping properties, and assisting many retailers in rolling out new concepts and expanding existing concepts throughout Colorado.
Other than work, Rich’s interests are his family and motorcycles. He is involved in adventure motorcycling which takes him to remote places around the world where he enjoys the challenges of more technical riding and being out in nature.
